Shipping Policy

All products on Stompbox usa process and ship in 24 hours. All Shipping options will show during checkout. 

• Free shipping is available on  all orders to the Continental US.
• Free Shipping may ship by USPS, Fedex, or UPS. 
• If any specific shipping instructions are needed, CONtact us before placing an order. 
• International shipping is not currently available through the website. Reach out to us to inquire on orders to Canada as we can make special arrangements to ship orders. 

Return Policy

In order to start the return process email us at Stompboxusa@gmail.com. In your email please include your order number on your receipt as well as your reason for return. 

Terms of Return 

• Buyer assumes cost of return shipping. If product was provided with free shipping the shipping cost will be removed from the refunded price.
• Please provide tracking for returns as available in order to speed up the return process.
• Refunds will be processed in 24 to 48 hours after return arrives at Stompbox USA unless additional fees are deemed necessary.
• If additional fees are necessary stompbox usa will contact you through the information provided on original return email. 
• Items must be returned in original shape with all original packaging and no signs of use.
• Items not returned with provided accessories, packaging, paperwork or tools will result in additional fees.
• Items returned with excessive wear or damage will result in additional fees. 
• Any product exported or shipped via freight forwarder or hand carry is considered a violation of our terms of sale and will void the return policy.
